Post Question mark problem
Hey all,
I have this developer that always gets question mark icons when he performs check out operation.

He also tried to shelve and un-shelve but still the files were question marked..

I deleted the files\folders from the local workspace and tried to get specific (with override *2 check boxes) but still when unshelving\checking out the files always with question marks.

I thinks that the problem occurs because this user "clone" someone elses PC (I guess he created an image\mirror and restore it to save the installation time...)

Is there a solution for that, or it's better re-creating the workspace?
Please help me with this..
Thanks,
Roy

Post Re: Question mark problem
Hi Roy,

I believe that the question marks are appearing because the client is unaware of how the files were obtained. I'm not exactly sure of the method he used to clone his workspace but this is not recommended.

The user should allow the client to create each individual working folder mappings for their projects or else confusion will set in.

Thanks,

Tonya
